The Find Your Fizz Promotion Offer is a promotion offered by Accolade Wines Australia Limited, where consumers have the chance to win a Find Your Fizz Experience Gift Card by purchasing a glass of wine or sparkling from a participating venue. 

What prizes can I win?
Based on your purchase of a participating glass of sparkling you could win either:

  • Gift 1: $1000 Find Your Fizz Experience Gift Card
  • Gift 2: $500  Find Your Fizz Experience Gift Card
  • Gift 3: $100 Find Your Fizz Experience Gift Card
  • Gift 4: $50 Find Your Fizz Experience Gift Card

What can I spend my Find Your Fizz Experience Gift Card on?

Winners can choose to redeem their Find Your Fizz Experience Gift Card prize with one of the following retailers:

How do I make a claim?

To claim a gift, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Purchase a participating product from a participating venue.
  2. Scan the QR code on game card received from venue after making the purchase.
  3. Complete the online claim form by providing your personal details and purchase information and;
  4. Submit the form.

 

Do I need to keep my proof of purchase?
Yes, you must retain the original receipt for the qualifying purchase as proof of purchase.

I’ve lost my eligible receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my eligible purchase how can I enter this promotion?
It is important to note that it is your responsibility to ask for and retain the receipt. Failure to provide the required proof of purchase may result in the invalidation of your claim or forfeiture of your right to the prize. The promoter reserves the right to take such actions if proof of purchase cannot be provided for a specific claim or each claim, as and when requested.

How will I receive my Gift Card?
The voucher will be delivered to the email address provided in the online claim form within 3 days from the date of claim submission.

What happens if I provide an incorrect email address?
If you provide an incorrect or invalid email address, the gift may not be received. Please ensure to check your spam filter for delivery of the voucher.

Are there any restrictions on using the Gift Cards?
The Gift Cards are subject to certain conditions and terms specified by the issuer. Redemption of the Prezzee gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the gift card, located at www.prezzee.com.au/doc/terms-of-service/.

Can I claim the voucher on behalf of someone else?
No, each voucher will be awarded to the person named in the claim. Claims made on behalf of a claimant or by a third party will be invalid.

How long is the promotion running?
The promotional period starts on 12:01 AM (AEDT) 01/10/2023 and ends on the 11:59 PM (AEDT) 31/01/2024.

What information will I need to complete my entry?
First name, last name, email address, mobile number and state/territory of residence), date of purchase, venue of purchase, product purchased, and select the tick box to consent to: the Promotion terms and conditions & the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

How many claims can I make?
Multiple claims are permitted, with the following conditions:

  • Each claim must have a separate qualifying transaction/receipt.
  • You can make only two claims per person each day.
  • A maximum of five claims is allowed per person in total.
  • You can enter once per unique QR code. 
  • Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
